GRAFFITI FRENCH "SAVOIR-FAIRE"!

Created in 2003 by Myki, Yeswoo, Nywo and Tryspa, “4 Kouleurs Grafik” (4KG) is one of the most important collective of graffiti artists in Guadeloupe.
For the 4KG, Graffiti is above all, a passion for the Hip-Hop culture ! More than a style, Hip-hop is a way of life. Created in the United States in the early 70s, this culture with 4 components (DJing, Bboying, MCing, and Graffiti) combines social claims and festive aspect. Nowadays, it’s a global movement really powerful especially in the French territories.

With the support of UWI Open Campus, the nobel Laureate weeks, the OECS and Alliance Française, the 4KG will be facilitating artistic workshops with a panel of Saint Lucian youth and local artists. A mural will be created at the end of next week in central Castries !
